TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2021 By Mondesta Nyaboke Abuya, of P.O. Box 117, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boyani Ondiek alias Juliah Boyani Ondiek, who died at Nyantira, on 5th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By Enosh Naphtal Bagaka Arori, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arori Anserio, who died at Gionseri, on 27th June, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
