TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Benson Kenyatta Barasa, (2) Rodgers Juma Masinde, (3) Joseph Masinge Sindani and (4) Hamidah Ondege Hussein, the deceased’s sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nuuh Masinde Sitati alias Masinde Sitati, late of Kiliboti, who died at Kivaywa, on 10th November, 1986. CAUSE NO. E595 OF 2022 By (1) Godfrey Shimonyo Mbwabi and (2) Mary Ataka Mukabwa, both of P.O.
