TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E64 OF 2022 By (1) Leah ene Sikembei, (2) Isaac Solitei Sikembei and (3) Jeniffer Simaloi Sikembei, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Sikembei Parteyie, who died at Rombo, on 15th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E66 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Metian Mopel and (2) Veronica Tianoi Munyere, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Koike Riyies, who died at Olchorro Onyori, on 27th October, 2021. CAUSE No. E68 OF 2022 By (1) Isaac Parmuat, (2) Philemon Sikorei Parmuat, (3) David Sintamei and (4) Paul Ntetet, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parmuat Oloishorua Kore, who died at Olooloitikoshi, on 12th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
