TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 334 OF 2022 By Mary Anyango Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Otieno Okelo, who died at North Kapuonja, on 26th December, 2012. CAUSE No. E504 OF 2022 By Albert Akelo Oko, of P.O. Box 13, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Oko Olewe, who died at South Kapuonja, on 24th October, 1995. CAUSE No. E.511 OF 2022 By Pius Abonyo Oyugi, of P.O. Box 257, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Othuon Oyugi, who died at West Kadinga, on 23rd August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
