TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E75 OF 2022 By (1) Catherine Mwenda and (2) Evans Kinoti Kithinji, both of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kithinji M'Mwereria, who died at Buriemaria, on 26th November, 1996. CAUSE No. E128 OF 2022 By (1) Gaterina Maitha Nkari and (2) Petkay Shen Miriti M'Nkiria, both of P.O. Box 873, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Ngari M'Nandi alias Elias Nkari M'Nandi, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
