TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E256 OF 2022 By George Semeo Nyamwaya, of P.O. Box 46, Kamasia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Nyamwaya Oyweri, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 23rd April, 1984. By (1) Daudi Kipchumba Lagat and (2) Emily Jematia Sitienei, both of P.O. Box 455-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lombre Muti alias Lombere arap Mutai, late of Kombe, who died on 22nd July, 2014. CAUSE No. E190 OF 2022 By Miriam Jemeli Limo of P.O. Box 37-30300 Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiprono Limo, late of Kapsabet, who died on 10th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
