Box 56, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased's son, daughter-in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bett Kipkorir Sosyo, late of Terike-lessos, who died on 19th July, 2007. CAUSE No. E182 OF 2022 By Dina Sawe, of P.O. Box 1330-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Whesley Kipngetich Sawe, late of Cheptarit, who died on 22nd July, 2019. CAUSE No. E193 OF 2022 By Isabellah Jerotich, of P.O. Box 30, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibirgen Bartile Chemigeny, late of Kapkerer, who died on 10 April, 1986. CAUSE No. E203 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Kimaiyo Songok and (2) Monicah Jebet, both of P.O. Box 549-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Constandina Kipsongok, late of Kabutie, who died on 26th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
