TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E126 OF 2022 By (1) Musa Jumba and (2) Joash Okoyo Adamba, both of P.O. Box 37-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Adamba Mulando, late of Vihiga, who died on 4th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2022 By (I) Sheilla Jelimo and (2) Hillary Kipsang, both of P.O. Box 20, Serem in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Kipyego Bitok, late of Kamimei, Nandi South who died on 5th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2022 By (1) Priscilla Jesang Ngelechei, (2) William Kipkosgei Ruto and (3) Jeny Chepleting, all of P.O. Box 3662-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widows and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Some arap Murei, late of Tapsagoi, who died on 22nd July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
