Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gunga Baya, who died on 30th December, 2007. CAUSE No. 77 OF 2022 By (I) Walter Joachim Katana and (2) Bahati Katana Tetwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Tetwa Maita alias Katana Tetwa Maitha, who died on 23rd May, 2001.
