TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E140 OF 2021 (E120 OF 2021) By Elizabeth Waithira Ndungu, of P.O. Box 118-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndungu Reuben Gichimu, who died at Githunguri, on 28th March, 2021. CAUSE No. E73 OF 2022 By (1) Paul Munyua Nganga and (2) Patrick Kamau Ng'ang'a, both of P.O. Box 69652-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Ng'ang'a, who died at Kanjai, on 11th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
