TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAusE No. 143 OF 2021 (E124/2021) By Paul Gatune Wainaina, of P.O. Box 51-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Gatune, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 19th June, 1983. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2022 By (1) Stephanie Nyamwathi Gichau and (2) Valentine Wangui Gichau, both of P.O. Box 63657-00619, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Mukuria Gecau alias Gecau Danson Mukuria, who died at Bibirion Sub-location, on 29th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
