TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. El OF 2022 By (1) Veronica Wangui Kirio, (2) Paul Muriuki Kirio, (3) Alice Wanjiru Kirio and (4) Francis Mutugi Kirio, all of P.O. Box 7182- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirio Gitimu, late of Getuya, who died at Kianjanga, on 11th June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2022 By (I) Jackson Mwangi Kiranga and (2) Elizabeth Wangari Maina, both of P.O. Box 213, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiranga Njenge, late of Kiangai, who died there in 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
