TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E79 OF 2022 By Ruth Odiero, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Odiero Michael Okumu, who died on 14th September, 2016. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2022 By Jane Atieno Odeny, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Apollo Ojwang, who died on 17th October, 2001. CAUSE No. E106 OF 2022 By (1) Nicholas Omondi Agallo and (2) Fredrick Ayoo Agallo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Joseph Agallo, who died on 16th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
