CAUSE No. 172 OF 2022 By Joseph Gikunda M'Ikuling'i, of P.O. Box 240, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ikulung'i M'Maanga, late of Kianjai, who died there on 21st September, 2000.
