TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E247 OF 2022 By Lukamika Mary Kibigo Lisero, of P.O. Box 18, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saul Onzere Luyayi, who died at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2017. CAUSE No. 250 OF 2022 By Alex Efedha Adolwa, of P.O. Box 260, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elam David Obiayo alias Kellam Obiayo David, who died on 22nd August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
