TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 286 OF 2022 By Joshua Onyango Ajera, of P.O. Box 76, Nyandolo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajera Adie, who died at Miriu, on 24th April, 2000. CAUSE No. 593 OF 2022 By Mary Akeyo Walala, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyasoro Olando Olwal's, who died at North East Karachuonyo Location, on 8th August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
