TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E269 OF 2022 By Daniel Mondi Kadurenge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hana Kamasi Kadurenge, who died on 14th June, 2002. CAUSE No. E270 OF 2022 By Robert Ouko Odhiambo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Achieng Moses alias Grace Achieng, who died on 7th January, 1997. CAUSE No. E271 OF 2022 By Robert Ouko Odhiambo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Odhiambo Bwai alias Musa Bwayi, who died on 30th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
