Box 638, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptallam Kipsuge alias Cheptalam Kipsuge, who died at Rosoga, on 25th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2021 By Samuel Cheruiyot Ruto, of P.O. Box 45-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruto Cherutich, who died at Kimose, on 31st July, 1978. CAUSE No. 111 OF 2021 By Margaret Jeruto Chumo, of P.O. Box 663-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kipyegon Chumo, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2020. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2022 By (1) Tapsirorei Kong'ato Cherono and (2) Brian Kibet Mabatuk, both of P.O. Box 125, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mabatuk Cherono alias Mapatuk Cherono, who died at Sagasagik, on 1st July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
