TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E76 OF 2022 By Nixon Teka Nakuku, of P.O. Box 91, Matete in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basil Simiyu Fwoti alias Basil Simiyu Pwoti, who died at Kitale Nursing Home, on 23rd November, 2015. CAUSE No. E118 OF 2022 By Joseph Ouma Onginjo, of P.O. Box 1234, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Anna 011o Onginjo and (2) Catherine Ogoya Onginjo, who died at (1) Chombeli and (2) Sasala Sub-location, on (1) 17th July, 1992 and (2) 1st April, 1991, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
