REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdul Khalfan Mwasserah, of P.O. Box 13785-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0561 hectare or thereabouts, known as 9599/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 31794, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
