WHEREAS Leo Nclunga hinango, of PD. Box 10295-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.4925 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 5/4611, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the< land -tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given thatafter the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land tide deal provided that no objection has been received within that period.
