REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Saleh Mohamed Ali Aloo, of P.O. Box 81699, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Mombasa/Block X/313, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register (white card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
