REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Neelam Shabirali Amilali, (2) Alaiza Ali (minor) and (3) Muhammed Araiz Ali (minor), all of P.O. Box 99235-80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold interest of all that maisonette No. 3 on piece of land No. Mombasa Block XXVI/180, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
