WHEREAS Rogers Ochieng Ndege, of P.O. Box 412, Funyula in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia, registered under title No. South Teso/Angoromo/10262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
