WHEREAS Vijaykumar Dharamshi Dhanani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 18.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kitengela/2645, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas High Court at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 1321 of 2003, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Paryantray Dharamshi Dhanani and (2) Ravi Dhanani, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of (1) Paryantray Dharamshi Dhanani and (2) Ravi Dhanani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Vijaykumar Dharamshi Dhanani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. NOTICE No. 15318 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT Whereas James Bojo Konde (ID/22966820), is registered as the proprietor of the piece of land known as Kajiado/Olchoro Onyere/436, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the said original land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered owner to surrender the title to the Registrar of Title for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the parcel to its rightful owner being Edith Njambi Kamau (ID/2301106), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Bojo Konde (ID/22966820), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
