IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with section 30 (2) (d), (e) and (i) of the County Governments Act and upon approval by the County Assembly of Nyamira in its sitting held on Thursday, 27th October, 2022, I, Amos Kimwomi Nyaribo, Governor, Nyamira County, appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule herein below, to be members of the Nyamira County Executive Committee responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
