PROPOSED ACQUISITION

PURSUANT to section 46 (6) of the Act, we wish to notify you that the Authority has approved the implementation of the proposed merger on condition that the Acquirer offers to employ at least one hundred and seventy- five (175) of the target's one hundred and eighty (180) employees on terms that are no less favourable than their current terms of employment with the Target.
