NOTICE is given that a petition for the liquidation of EkoRent Africa Limited by InfraCo Africa Limited was presented to the High Court of Kenya on the 22nd November, 2022 and an interim order of liquidation was issued on the 25th November, 2022. The petition is directed to be mentioned for further directions before the High Court sitting in Nairobi on the 13th December, 2022. Any creditor or contributory desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of the mention in person or by his advocate for that purpose. A copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such a copy on the payment of the regulated charge for the same.
