APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated the 6th November, 2019, Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, was appointed to be liquidator for Mukenia Farmers Co- operative Society Limited (CS/6238) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year. And whereas the said appointed Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, which had since been extended to the 6th November, 2022, I, now therefore extend the liquidation period for Mukenia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/6238) (in liquidation) for another period not exceeding one (1) year.
