NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of section 5 and the first and third Schedules of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, under instructions from our client Royald Auctioneers, to the owner(s) of KW 279J, Toyota Hilux Pick- up, lying uncollected at our clients yard, Eldoret Farm Machinery, along Eldoret-Stendi Khisa Road within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure to which the vehicle will be disposed of through public auction or private treaty without further notice or reference to the owner (s).
