Box 177, Muhoroni in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Byron Omondi Aluoch (minor), formerly known as Biron Omondi Odiwnor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the me of his former name Biron Omondi Odiwuor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Byron Omondi Aluoch, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Byron Omondi Aluoch only.
