COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plans was on the 2nd September, 2022, completed. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Lodwar The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Lodwar, between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above part development plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O.
