TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya to the owners of the Motor Vehicle KCR 396J, Toyota Landcruiser and KAS 251H, Nissan Sunny B15, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which are at Al’s Pride Show Room and Hariki Investments Kangundo Road, Nairobi, respectively, within thirsty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
