Santa, U.S.A., formerly known as Martha Wambui Muturi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Martha Wambui Muturi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bui Muturi Thuo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Bui Muturi Thuo only.
