IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 250 (2) (c). as read with Article 215 (2) (b), (c) and (d) of the Constitution of Kenya, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint- Benedict Muasya Mutiso, Wilfred Koitamet Olekina Nchoshoi, Fatuma Gedi Ali, George Jalango Midiwo (Dr.), Hadija Nganyi Juma, Isabel Nyambura Waiyaki (Dr.), Jonas Misto Vincent Kuko, Chris Kiptoo (Dr.), to be members of the Commission on Revenue Allocation, for a period of six (6) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2023.
