REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fanelli Alberto and (2) Borddoni Marina, both of f P.O. Box 5026, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 2.509 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1862, situate in Malindi Township in the Kilifi District, registered as C.K. 33216, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
