REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lizzaretti Luciano, of P.O. Box 857, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that House No. 89, erected on all that piece of land situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, known as portion No. 624/708, registered as C.R. 24726/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereras the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
