WHEREAS Dinah Nasike Khaemba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as NdivisiiMuchi/1934, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Bungoma in MR/4242255 Land Registrar, Bungoma District. V. K. LAMU, MR/4242255 Land Registrar, Bungoma District. V. K. LAMU, MR/424237I Land Registrar, Kirinyaga District. F M. NYAKUNDI, Dated the 16th December, 2022. THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th December, 2022 situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court in succession cause No. E20 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Jacob Wanjala Mapango, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Mapango Mutekhele (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 16th December, 2022. succession cause No. 13 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Johnson Walubengo Kibunguchi and (2) Herbert Wanjala Kibunguchi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dinah Nasike Khaemba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
