WHEREAS Vijaykumar Dharanishi Dhanani (ID/168225 4) (deceased), is registered as proprietor of, all that piece of land containing 18.62 hectares or thereabout, nod whereas wn as KajiadoiKitengela/2645, situate in the district of Kajiado, an the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause N Dharamshi No. 1321 of 2003, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Pays Dhanani and (2) Ravi Dhanani to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty been (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has rec a new eiv within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrator, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Vijaykumar Dharamshi Dhanani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
