REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Augostino Mwai Muriithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia/Marmanet/ chief (extension), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the magistrate's court in succession cause No. E60 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Priscith Wakiuru Mwai, and whereas the said Priscah Wakiuru Mwiti has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the emAration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to disprinse with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with threg seta istration of the said application to be registered as proprietor bOiran R.L. 19 in the name of Priscah Wakiuru Mwai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Augostino Mwai Muriithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancifibc1 and of no effect.
