THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Chepicuri Terer, of P.O. Box 21, Kiptugumo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 13.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, known as KericholKiPsitet/ 47, and whereas the High Court at Kericho in succession cause No. E30 of 2022, has issued grant and of letters of administration intestate to Sane Chepkuri Terer, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued'earlier to the said Tamirgoi w/o arap Terer (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
