WHEREAS (1) Munyi Mithoro, (2) Taratisio Mugo Munyi and (3) Michael Kinyua Munyi, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land known as daturi/Nembure/5394, 5395 and 53%, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Embu in Civil Case No. 61 of 1980, has ordered the Land Registrar to cancel the land title deeds issued to (1) Munyi Mithoro, (2) Taratisio Mugo Munyi and (3) Michael Kinyua Munyi and revert the same parcels to the original owner, Munyi Mithoro, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to cancel the said land title deeds issued to (1) Munyi Mithoro, (2) Taratisio Mugo Munyi and (3) Michael Kinyua Munyi and revert the said parcels of land to Munyi Mithoro.
