NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 459, in Volume D1, Folio 143/2299, File No. MMXX, by our client, Newton Gitonga Kinyua (guardian), on behalf of Gabriel Immanuel Gitonga (minor), formerly known as Gabriel Putin Gitonga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gabriel Putin Gitonga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gabriel Immanuel Gitonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gabriel Immanuel Gitonga only.
