WHEREAS (1) Prscilla Muthoni Maina and (2) Charles Duncan Ndegwa, as the administrators of the estate of Francis Maina Ndegwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 177, Kiriaini in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessee of all that piece of land known as LR. No. 13673/1817, situate in south of Ruiru Township in the Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 99869/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
