WHEREAS Ramji Keshra & Sons Company Limited, of P.O. Box 31612-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that godown No. 13, on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 11895/60, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as 1R. 146335/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
