REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Olga Ercolano. of P.O. Box 44968-00100. Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as portion 2147, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 37, folio 266/1, file 6132, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost or misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
