WHEREAS (1) Arjan Harji Patel and (2) Kokila Dilip Doshi, both of P.O. Box 97401-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1009 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 16994/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 51733, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (3) provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 99235-80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that maisonette No. 3, erected on all that piece of land situate in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/180, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
