GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14814

WHEREAS Noah Chege Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.106 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/1776, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 213 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Agnes Nyambura Chege, of P.O. Box 51, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Noah Chege Njoroge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Agnes Nyambura Chege, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Noah Chege Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
