WHEREAS Harris Richu Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.427 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Karai/8500, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E341 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Jane Wahinya Richu (ID/11249888), of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harris Richu Ndungu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Jane Withinya Richu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harris Richu Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
