WHEREAS Tom Wafula Ketukha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.73 hectare or thereabouts, known ass,Kimilili/Kimilili/2153, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas •the Senior Principal Magistrate's court at Kimilili in succession cause No. 8 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joel Simiyu Ketukha, and whereas the said title deed issued earliar to deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given thatafter the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided RD valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to41,ispcnse with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon suclu registration the land title deed issued to the said Tom Wafula Keitikha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
